I have been with AT&T for a number of years and have never had a problem with them. They are very helpful with whatever I need to know. My Samsung Eternity is a great phone. I have no trouble hearing and the screen is so easy to read. I would highly recommend it.

Music player stinks, no digital zoom option for the camera, I bought this phone for the camera and the music player both of which are not worth the hassle to try and figure out and know the touch screen is acting up, it works only when it wants to! I'm getting rid of mine.
